F2 includes ‘day sheet’ functionality with workflow management, tracking each vehicle through the service process from quoting (with integrated menu pricing) and booking, issuing of parts, arrival of vehicle, job started, outwork, job finished, grooming, customer advisement, invoicing, and finally vehicle delivery.
Alongside the ‘day sheet’ is a technician control board, with drag and drop capability, enabling effective response to the constantly changing flow of work as vehicles don’t arrive, customer pick up times shift, jobs run over time, etc.
The technician control board is a real-time, auto refreshing form that provides technicians with up to the minute information on estimated time, scheduled completion time, and next job in the queue.
The integrated time clock function ensures all technician hours are accounted for and eliminates the need for time cards.
Customer communication is streamlined with integrated text and/or email facilities and all staff can see the status of all jobs, without needing to interrupt service staff.
As well as the standard CRM features such as service reminders and ad hoc promotions, F2 delivers special features such as ‘book ahead’, scheduled follow up and integrated diary.
